We want you to love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item to us for a store credit. Your store credit is valid for 12 months.

We do not accept exchanges. If you are needing to order a different size, you must return your item as soon as possible and we will issue you store credit if your return is in accordance with our returns policy. You may then use your store credit to order a different size or any other item on the website.

We will only accept returned item(s) based on the following:

  • Your item(s) must be returned within 21 days of your order delivery date.

  • Your item(s) will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn/unwashed, unstained and with the original invoice.

  • Your item(s) must have all tags and hangtags attached in original condition.

  • Sale Products cannot be returned.

If you are using the Bella Bo packaging to return your item, please ensure the original post label is removed or fully covered to avoid delays in delivering your parcel back to us.

Please note Bella Bo Boutique does not cover the costs of return shipping. You will need to cover these costs yourself.

We recommend you obtain a tracking number for your return parcel. Bella Bo will not be held accountable for missing/lost items in transit. We will contact you once we have received the returned item. This can take up to 2-5 business days once received.  


We at Bella Bo Boutique conduct thorough inspections of all our products before they are sent out and stand behind the quality of our products, however if you receive a faulty product you may return to receive either a 120% Store credit or full refund for the garment excluding postage. Refunds are not guaranteed without photographic evidence of the fault sent to us prior to returning the item.

Please email us at providing your invoice number and photographic evidence of the fault. We will then assess the item/fault and contact you back with a response within 1-2 business days of receiving your email. If the item is deemed faulty, we will provide you a shipping label via email for you to send your item back to us, free of charge.


  • Store credit can only be used at
  • Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue
  • Store credit is to be treated as cash
  • Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account
  • Store credit is issued via direct email to the relevant customer and is only valid for use by that particular customer
  • Any purchases that exceed the store credit amount will require additional payment for the remainder balance via our available payment methods


If you wish to return something you purchased using AfterPay, the process is the same as any other order. Your store credit will be allocated & your AfterPay repayments will continue as normal from the original order. If the item is faulty & a refund has been granted, any upcoming payments will be cancelled out and any paid payments will be refunded back to the card you paid on. Please note as per Afterpay's refund policy, refunded payments can take up to 5-7 business days to reach your account.
