We want you to love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item to us for a store credit.

We do not accept exchanges. If you are needing to order a different size, Please return your ite to us and we will issue you store credit , provided that your return is in meets the terms and conditions of our returns policy. 

Returns policy terms and conditions.

We will only accept returned item(s) based on the following:

  • Your item(s) must be returned within 21 days of your order delivery date.

  • Your item(s) will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn/unwashed, unstained and with the original invoice.

  • Your item(s) must have all tags and hangtags attached in original condition.

  • No returns on sale items 

  • store credits are valid for a maximum of 12 months from date of issue.

If you are using the Bella Bo packaging to return your item, please ensure the original post label is removed or fully covered to avoid delays in delivering your parcel back to us.

Please note Bella Bo Boutique does not cover the costs of return shipping. Please pre pay shipping fees prior to sending your return. We do not accept cash on delivery postal packages. 

We recommend you obtain a tracking number for your return parcel.
Bella Bo cannot be held accountable for missing/lost items in transit.

We will contact you within 2-3 business days of receiving your return.


We at Bella Bo Boutique conduct thorough inspections of all our products before they are sent out and stand behind the quality of our garments , however if you receive a faulty product please let us know and we will offer a replacement or full refund for the item . 

We do require photographs of the fault prior to providing a return shipping label. Please note that all faulty returns are subject to quality control checks . Once we have received the garment back it will be checked prior to releasing a refund or replacement. 

To initiate a faulty return , Please email us at providing your invoice number and photos  of the fault. We will then assess the photos and get back to you back within within 1-2 business days of receiving your email. For faulty return approvals we will issue  you with a pre paid shipping label via email for you to send your item back to us, 


  • Store credit can only be used at
  • Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue
  • Store credits are non transferable. 
  • Store credit is issued via direct email to the customer who made the initial purchase and is only valid for use by the customer it has been issued to. 
  • Any purchases that exceed the store credit amount will require additional payment for the remainder balance via our available payment methods


If you wish to return something you purchased using AfterPay, the process is the same as any other order. Your store credit will be allocated & your AfterPay repayments will continue as normal from the original order. If the item is faulty & a refund has been granted, any upcoming payments will be cancelled out and any paid payments will be refunded back to the card you paid on. Please note as per Afterpay's refund policy, refunded payments can take up to 5-7 business days to reach your account.
